The graph above shows comparison data in tapping heat-treated tool steel by conventional carbide tap and UH-CT. Chipping occurred after 8th
threads with conventional carbide tap. UH-CT can work efficiently even after 60 threads.

tapping test up to 60 holes with UH-CT tap.
