Welcome to the first issue of the new Yamawa newsletter. At the time of the official kick-off, we said that Yamawa’s decision to set-up a new branch in Europe derived mainly from the will of adding to the excellence of the product portfolio even better services and greater proximity to the European market customers. Starting from this point, we are developing a series of tools designed to facilitate the work of our partners and customers during this initial phase of Yamawa Europe’s journey.
One of these tools is the newsletter, published today for the first time, and designed to inform all our partners about the latest technical and organizational news. Without any doubts, the most significant is the publication of the new Yamawa catalogue 2016-2017, which provides more than 15,000 items to the European consumers. The catalogue also features a very rich section full of technical information and threading insights, positioning itself as one of the most comprehensive reference in the industry.
Together with the catalogue, there will be the Quick Guide, a document available in all the main European languages allowing to select from the new catalogue the most suitable threading solution for a specific application in a fast and easy way. The selection process builds on a few key parameters: work-piece material, threading method (cutting or forming), machines available (synchro rigid or axial compensation), type of holes and cutting speed requirements. The Quick Guide is not meant to replace the catalogue but rather act as a navigation aid for better consultation.
Equally important are the other tools we are releasing in these days:
– The new Yamawa Europe Price List, updated to make the whole range of Yamawa solutions even more competitive;
– The new b2b IT system, facilitating the sharing and management of commercial processes between Yamawa and the distribution partners
– Yamawa.eu website updates, available now in 7 languages and with the addition of new contents and functions.
Moreover, we have started already our “European tour” to introduce the catalogue and present the news to all our partners. The value of these meetings in the field for our team is enormous, since the direct contact with our partners and customers is the key to get feedback on the solutions deployed and gather any suggestions for further developments and improvements.
We have several more projects in the pipeline and therefore other important news with be available during the next months. You will learn about the news from our sales representatives, by checking the new posts available on our website www.yamawa.eu and from now on, also our newsletter.
