Thanks to these technical measures, MHSP taps ensure safe and stable machining. Furthermore, optimal coating and substrate material with excellent wear resistance allow extraordinary long tool life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MHSL taps for through holes<\/strong> overcome typical problems such as edge wear or chipping poor chip ejection and bad surface finish of internal threads. The special geometry (left-handed flutes with right-hand cut) helps pushing forward chips toward the exit of through hole, so MHSL taps ensure the required strength, rigidity, and durability when machining medium hardness carbon steel and alloy steel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MHRZ<\/strong> are <strong>forming taps<\/strong> specific for heat-treated materials of 25 HRC hardness or more that guarantee outstanding performances. Optimal coating and substrate material with excellent wear resistance allow extraordinary long tool life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, the overview on MH Series completes with <strong>MHCDS centering tools<\/strong>, a key tool for the machining of cylindrical parts where the accuracy of centering process is fundamental to produce high precision parts.
