Parte della serie <\/span><b>Z-Pro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> di maschi ad alte prestazioni, <\/span><b>EHRZ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e8 un maschio estremamente evoluto, progettato per realizzare filettature per deformazione in <\/span><b>acciai<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con durezza <\/span><b>fino a 40 HRC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>acciaio inossidabile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yamawa ha studiato per il maschio EHRZ un esclusivo <\/span><b>profilo dei lobi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> che, combinato allo <\/span><b>speciale rivestimento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, massimizza i vantaggi del trattamento superficiale. Il <\/span><b>momento torcente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si <\/span><b>riduce notevolmente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> garantendo una lunga vita utensile e filettature precise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <\/span><b>gole<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, leggermente <\/span><b>pi\u00f9 ampie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rispetto ai convenzionali maschi a rullare, consentono maggiore adduzione di lubrificante con conseguente <\/span><b>miglioramento della lubrificazione<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e miglior <\/span><b>raffreddamento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dell\u2019utensile; nel complesso, \u00e8 migliore la resistenza all\u2019usura. Grazie al substrato ottimizzato, in HSS-Co, combinato al rivestimento sviluppato da Yamawa, gli EHRZ assicurano prestazioni eccezionali nella <\/span><b>rullatura di acciai di media durezza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fino a <\/span><b>40 HRC <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e di <\/span><b>acciai inossidabili<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test condotti in officina mostrano in modo chiaro l\u2019efficienza di questo nuovo prodotto. Ad esempio, nella filettatura di un 42CrMo4 temprato con durezza 40 HRC, il momento torcente misurato per EHRZ \u00e8 risultato notevolmente pi\u00f9 basso rispetto a quello di un maschio a rullare convenzionale nelle stesse condizioni applicative.
