La serie de machos \u00ab<strong>anillo rojo<\/strong>\u00ab, que incluye machos <strong>PH<\/strong>, <strong>EH <\/strong>y <strong>PM<\/strong>, se han desarrollado espec\u00edficamente para el mecanizado de aceros aleados t\u00edpicos del segmento de moldes y matrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una caracter\u00edstica especial de los machos <strong>PH-SP<\/strong> para agujeros ciegos es el tratamiento superficial de vaporizaci\u00f3n (OX); la microporosidad creada en la superf\u00edcie de la herramienta aumenta la eficacia de la lubricaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed reduciendo los problemas asociados a la adherencia de virutas al cuerpo de la herramienta y mejorando el acabado superficial de las roscas internas. Los <strong>machos EH<\/strong>, disponibles para agujeros ciegos y pasantes, presentan geometr\u00edas espec\u00edficas y un sustrato de acero HSSCo que garantizan un mecanizado estable y una larga vida \u00fatil de la herramienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La serie se complementa con los <strong>machos PM de alto rendimiento<\/strong>, la mejor y m\u00e1s eficaz soluci\u00f3n para el roscado en toda la gama de durezas 25-45 HRC, siendo los machos m\u00e1s adecuados para el \u00e1rea de aplicaci\u00f3n de dureza entre 30-40 HRC. La serie PM puede satisfacer las necesidades operativas de los moldistas para una amplia gama de materiales <strong>ISO P<\/strong>, desde aceros con alto contenido en carbono hasta aceros de alta resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n de hasta 45 HRC. Fabricados en acero r\u00e1pido (HSS), tienen una geometr\u00eda especial que los hace muy fuertes y resistentes al desgaste.
